Noah Cohen focuses predominately on Employment law representing both employees and employers regarding harassment, employment agreement negotiation, whistleblowing, retaliation, non-competes and claims under Title VII, ADA, ADEA, the FMLA, and state anti-discrimination statutes.


Born and raised in Gloucester, Massachusetts, Noah graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Economics in 2005 before earning his law degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2012. Noah served in the Philippines with the United States Peace Corps for more than two years as a small business advisor.


Before dedicating himself to civil practice Noah worked at the Defender Association of Philadelphia where he represented individuals in criminal matters. As a trial attorney Noah has successfully represented clients in both criminal and civil matters in front of both state and federal juries. He brings his experience in business and litigation to zealously represent the firm’s clients.


Noah is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He lives with his wife and two children in the East Passyunk area of Philadelphia and enjoys playing tennis and rafting in his free time.
